ROYAL PALM YACHT & COUNTRY CLUB OVERVIEW

The Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club was the original Boca Raton Polo Grounds and the first guarded development in Boca Raton, started in 1959 with strong architectural and building standards for its time.

Estates vary in price from over $1,000,000 up to almost $30,000,000. Many of the 710 homes in the community are located on the golf course, Intracoastal Waterway or on adjacent deepwater canals providing ocean access through the Boca and Hillsboro inlets, with boat or yacht dockage. Because of its desirable location and age, older homes are being renovated and new, often palatial homes are replacements with the most modern and luxurious amenities.
